| 10. Rola innowacji popytowych w rozwoju rolnictwa jako sektora biogospodarki - Mariusz Maciejczak Abstrakt. Znaczenie
rolnictwa jako podstawowego sektora biogospodarki rośnie wraz z jej
rozwojem. Jednak rola ta jest różnie postrzegana w programowaniu tego
rozwoju. Dlatego też w artykule omówiono rolę i znaczenie rolnictwa w
koncepcji biogospodarki, opierając się na przeglądzie literatury.
Wykazano, iż rola ta jest znacząca i obecnie skupia się głównie na
aspektach podażowych w zakresie produkcji biomasy i kwestiach
społecznych, w odniesieniu do efektów zewnętrznych. Dodatkowo na
podstawie badania metodą delficką w czasie rzeczywistym określono
uwarunkowania wykorzystania innowacji popytowych w rozwoju sektora
rolnego jako obszaru biogospodarki. Stwierdzono, że dyfuzja innowacji
popytowych warunkowana jest istnieniem katalizatorów o charakterze
instytucjonalnym. Słowa kluczowe: biogospodarka, rolnictwo, innowacje popytowe, foresight USER DRIVER INNOVATIONS’ ROLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE AS THE SECTOR OF BIOECONOMY Summary The
importance of agriculture as a primary sector of bio-economy grows with
the development of this concept. This role is perceived differently in
the programming of this development. Therefore, the paper discusses the
role and importance of agriculture in the concept of the bio-economy
based on a review of the literature. It has been shown that this role
is significant. Currently it is focusing on supply connected aspects,
mainly in the field of biomass production as well as social issues,
mostly with respect to external effects. In addition, based on the
examination of results from the Delphi method in real-time survey there
were specified conditions for implementing demand connected innovations
in the development of the agricultural sector as an area of the
bio-economy. It was found that the diffusion of demand oriented
innovations is conditioned by the existence of the accelerators of an
