| 7. Instrumenty wsparcia biogospodarki w kontekście rozwoju województwa lubelskiego - Anna Kobiałka, Anna Nowak Abstrakt. Celem
artykułu jest identyfikacja i ocena instrumentów wsparcia biogospodarki
w województwie lubelskim. Waga podjętego problemu wynika z faktu, że
koncepcja ta wymieniana jest w dokumentach strategicznych jako kluczowy
element rozwoju regionu, a także jako obszar jego inteligentnej
specjalizacji. W opracowaniu zaprezentowano działania instytucji
otoczenia biznesu, jednostek naukowych i badawczo-rozwojowych, szkół
wyższych, ośrodków innowacji i przedsiębiorczości, parków
naukowo-technologicznych i klastrów w województwie lubelskim, które
aktywnie uczestniczą w procesie wsparcia założeń biogospodarki.
Materiał źródłowy stanowią dokumenty strategiczne województwa
lubelskiego, a także raporty oraz informacje udostępniane przez
przyjęte do analizy instytucje, w tym instytucje
administracyjno-polityczne, jednostki naukowe, badawczo-rozwojowe,
szkoły wyższe oraz instytucje otoczenia biznesu. Za mocną stronę
regionu z punktu widzenia wsparcia rozwoju biogospodarki należy uznać
kompetencje naukowe i technologiczne, kształtowane m.in. przez 97
uczelni i jednostek badawczo-rozwojowych. Istotną rolę w zakresie
wspierania działań sieciowania współpracy nauki i biznesu oraz promocji
innowacyjnych rozwiązań stworzonych w regionie odgrywa także
funkcjonujący od 2015 roku Klaster Biotechnologiczny. Słowa kluczowe: nasiona fasoli, naświetlanie promieniami podczerwonymi, węglowodany INSTRUMENTS SUPPORTING BIOECONOMY IN THE CONTEXT OF DEVELOPMENT OF LUBLIN REGION Summary The
purpose of this paper is to identify and evaluate instruments
supporting bioeconomy in Lublin region. The importance of the issue
results from the fact that this concept is mentioned in strategic
documents as a key element of regional development as well as its smart
specialisation area. The study presents the activities of business
environment institutions, scientific and research and development
units, higher schools and centres for innovation and entrepreneurship,
parks of science and technology, and clusters in Lublin region that
actively participate in the process of supporting the assumptions of
bio-economy. The source material consists of strategic documents of
Lublin region as well as reports and information made available by the
analysed institutions, including administrative and political
institutions, scientific entities, research and development units,
higher schools and business environment institutions. Scientific and
engineering competences shaped, among other institutions, by
ninety-seven academic units and research and development units, are a
strong point of the region from the point of view of supporting the
development of bioeconomy. The Biotechnology Cluster formed in 2015 has
also played a significant role in supporting science and business
networking as well as promoting innovative solutions created in the
